Kate McInnes is a quality assurance expert with over a decade of experience across analytical labs, mining, and food manufacturing, including alternative proteins like insect- and plant-based products. She specializes in HACCP, GFSI certification, and regulatory compliance under CFIA, FDA, and USDA. A certified PCQI and lead instructor, Kate also holds credentials as a BRCGS Lead Auditor and is trained in vulnerability assessments under the Intentional Adulteration rule.
